Welcome to the
Assisted Living Project

Our Vision and Mission

Everyone deserves a place they can call home – a safe-haven they can rely on long term. But none more so than those with enduring illnesses. How can they expect to take care of themselves with dignity and certainty if they do not have a living space that fits their specialist needs?

At the Assisted Living Project, we are dedicated to enhancing the lives of people with enduring illnesses across the UK by housing those who need it most. As an independent UK property organisation, our primary focus is on providing exceptional assisted living accommodation to meet the unique needs of our valued tenants.

Our mission is simple yet powerful: to create a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment for people with enduring illnesses to thrive and enjoy life to the fullest. We work hand in hand with housing associations and Community Benefit Societies (CBS) to provide fit for purpose accommodation to those who need it most.

Leased over 25 years on agreements funded by the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), our goal is to deliver more than 100 apartments ready for assisted living occupancy by 2025.

Together with our partners, we strive to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our tenants and the wider community.
Accountability

We take full accountability for the actions we take, and their implications for our partners, employees and stakeholders. For this reason, integrity, financial transparency and performance are central to our ethos. Our reputation is an invaluable asset, and we work tirelessly to enhance it.

Collaboration

We treat partners, stakeholders and everyone else we encounter with the utmost respect. We believe in building long term business stability through nurturing personal relationships, helping ourselves, our partners and our stakeholders by so doing.

Integrity

We maintain the highest standards of integrity and professionalism and strive to be our best in all that we do. We think long term and work passionately on our projects and ideas, dealing with partners and colleagues with honesty and transparency.
